The Novator series 2D measuring imaging instrument incorporates the stitching technology of flash measurement instruments, achieving simultaneous imaging and flash measurement within the same measurement template. Additionally, the newly added flying image capture function in the software changes the traditional operation mode of imaging instruments, completing feature capture and measurement during the platform's rapid movement without any pause or waiting time. The measurement efficiency of products is increased by 5 to 10 times compared to traditional equipment.
The Novator series 2D measuring imaging instrument can automatically capture data points, measure geometric features such as points, lines, circles, arcs, ellipses, rectangles, etc., and automatically analyze various parameters of the measured features, such as width, diameter, position, straightness, conicity, cylindricity, and other geometric dimensions. The instrument is characterized by its ability to automatically capture the boundaries and surfaces of products, especially completing automatic capture when measuring weak edge features (such as transition curves, fillet machining, etc.). Combined with specialized measurement software, it processes, evaluates, and outputs the measured element data. Under the premise of ensuring accuracy, measurement efficiency is higher.
